The Spirit Was There from the Start
Right after the Bible tells us God created the heavens and the earth, it shows us how He was present in His new world. "The Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters" (Genesis 1:2).
Month 1 · The Word Became Flesh
All Things Were Made Through Him
John makes a stunning claim about Jesus. "All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made" (John 1:3). Genesis says God created the heavens and the earth in six days.
Month 1 · Why We Trust the Bible
The Spirit Wrote, The Spirit Teaches
On Day 3 we learned the Holy Spirit carried the writers as they wrote the Bible. Today Jesus tells us something wonderful. The same Spirit who wrote the Word also teaches it.
